All Business Pulse Studio™ products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

What software do I need?

Our products are designed for Microsoft Excel.

The software requirements are shown on each individual product page.

Do your products work on Windows and Mac?

Yes. Most products work on both Windows and Mac versions of Microsoft Excel.

Please check the individual product description for any specific compatibility requirements.

Do your products work with Google Sheets?

Some features may work in Google Sheets, but our products are designed and tested for Microsoft Excel.

For the best experience, we recommend using Microsoft Excel.

Are the workbooks locked?

Most workbooks contain unlocked input areas so you can enter your own information.

Protected areas may be used to preserve formulas, calculations and dashboard functionality.

Can I customise the templates?

Yes.

You are welcome to customise templates for your own personal or internal business use.

However, you may not resell or redistribute modified versions.

Do I receive future updates?

Where updates are included with your purchase, they will be made available through your customer account or original delivery method.

Major new products or separately released versions are not automatically included unless stated otherwise.

Business Pulse Studio™ does not store your payment card information.

Can I download my purchase again?

If you have created an account, your purchases will remain available within your account, subject to our terms and any applicable download limits.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not available once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

However, if you receive the wrong product, experience a technical issue or believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Licensing

Can I use the templates in my business?

Yes.

Your purchase includes a licence for personal and internal business use.

Can I use the templates for my clients?

Yes.

You may use our templates to produce reports, calculations and outputs for clients.

However, you may not provide clients with the original workbook unless they have purchased their own licence.

Can I share my purchase with colleagues?

If they work within your organisation, internal use is permitted.

Sharing products outside your organisation is not permitted without an appropriate licence.

Can I resell your products?

No.

Business Pulse Studio™ products are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be resold, redistributed or repackaged.

We'll do our best to resolve technical problems as quickly as possible.

What if a download doesn't work?

Please contact us immediately.

If a file has become corrupted or there is a problem with your download, we will provide a replacement copy.
